Meenatchi Arumugam
Meena brings over 11 years of specialized experience in automotive infotainment systems to ZweiThreads. As Team Lead at e.solutions GmbH, she has provided strategic leadership for connectivity domains while managing a team of 20+ engineers across multiple vehicle platforms.
Fluent in German alongside her native languages, Meena excels at bridging communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners—a true bilingual in both the literal and professional sense. Her pragmatic approach to problem-solving has led to effective solutions for integrating complex systems like eCall and Bluetooth with diverse vehicle architectures, particularly during the transition to Android Automotive OS.
At ZweiThreads, she leverages her deep expertise in automotive software architecture and SAFe agile methodologies to create infotainment solutions that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term innovation.
Ganesh Sankaran
Ganesh brings 20+ years of experience to ZweiThreads. His 15 years in supply chain consulting, primarily at Deloitte Germany, combined with his early career developing software for German SMEs, give him the ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on execution details.
Having worked extensively across Europe, India, and China, Ganesh understands cultural nuances and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders across geographical boundaries. A passionate knowledge sharer, he has taught graduate-level courses at Furtwangen University and co-authored three books on enterprise planning systems.
Ganesh's research on human-AI collaboration has been published in multiple academic journals, reflecting his commitment to augmenting human ingenuity with AI's computational capabilities. At ZweiThreads, he applies this expertise to help automotive clients navigate the dual challenges of delivering excellence today while innovating for tomorrow.
