You’ll lead connectivity validation for Bluetooth and NG eCall—translating requirements into clear coverage and quality gates, and coordinating on-/offshore teams to drive issues to closure (including AI-assisted testing where it helps). This role is perfect for someone who delivers reliable releases today while building scalable test architecture for tomorrow’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration:

Technical Leadership:
Lead connectivity testing initiatives within automotive infotainment programs, specifically in Bluetooth and NG eCall domains
Define and evolve test strategy and architecture to ensure robust coverage across system, integration, and regression levels
Assess, measure, and continuously improve test coverage, quality metrics, and defect leakage across releases
Cross-Functional Contribution:
Coordinate cross-functional test teams, balancing offshore/on-site execution while maintaining quality and delivery cadence
Act as the technical bridge between testing, development, and system integration; drive defect triage to closure
Share knowledge openly, mentor junior engineers, and step into adjacent areas when the team needs it
Facilitate sprint planning/reviews and champion pragmatic Agile practices
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years total experience in software testing, with significant exposure to the automotive domain
At least 5 years in infotainment connectivity testing (Automotive infotainment testing and regulatory conformance testing with a focus on Bluetooth, NG eCall, Wi-Fi, telematics)
Strong hands-on experience testing Linux-based and AOSP-based infotainment systems
